The Committee to Elect Tim Shepard keeps only what it needs to reach voters and run the campaign. We never sell your information.

Text messages
The Tim Shepard for Washington County Judge text program requires your specific permission to receive recurring political texts from the Committee to Elect Tim Shepard for Washington County Judge. Giving a phone number in a poll, at the door or at an event does not by itself enroll you. Buying or receiving a number from a data vendor does not establish permission for this program.
Our text signup form records the contact details you provide, your checked or unchecked SMS choice, the exact disclosure and policy version, the signup page and the time we save your choice. We use that record to administer the program and document consent. A saved signup remains pending until the campaign activates text enrollment. Messages may cover campaign news, events, volunteering, voting and donation requests. Donations will be solicited. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.
Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting that number right away. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, and texts end after the November 3, 2026 election.
Mobile numbers and text opt-in information are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. This includes consent records and the personal information collected with them. Messaging providers, carriers and hosting or storage providers may process that information only to operate the campaign's services. These providers may not use it for their own marketing.
If you sign up for campaign email updates, each campaign email has an unsubscribe link. Providing an email on the text signup form alone does not subscribe you to an email list.
Forms and donations
When you volunteer, endorse Tim or sign up for an event, we keep the name and contact details you give us so we can follow up with you. Donations are processed by Stripe. We keep the contributor details Arkansas campaign finance law requires us to report.

We count visits to this site without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
